Construction:
The Colloid Mill is driven by a high-speed vertical motor, directly coupled with a conical rotor housed in a robust SS body. It features a circular stator assembly with dual-tooth stages, enabling fine grinding with an adjustable gap (accuracy of 0.10 mm). A calibrated scale on the adjusting ring allows easy and precise control of the grinding clearance.

Operation:
The product enters through the hopper and is initially broken in the pre-breaking drum. It then passes through the first and second stator tooth stages under high-speed rotation (2800 RPM), experiencing intense shearing, cutting, and rubbing forces. The unique rotor-stator design creates powerful vibrations and centrifugal force, ensuring efficient particle reduction. The processed material exits through the outlet pipe and can be recirculated if necessary for finer results.
